    Turkish president says high-speed rail access will be realized in all parts of Turkey

    Erdogan said when attending the opening ceremony of Konya Karaman high speed railway line in Konya, a city in central Turkey on the same day: "with the opening of Konya Karaman high speed railway, we have opened a new era." He said that the 102 km long high-speed rail line is one of the important sections of the southern axis of the planned Turkish railway network. After opening, the journey from Konya to Karaman can be shortened to 50 minutes.
    Erdogan said that Turkey is building the Karaman ulukshra high-speed railway line, which will extend to Gaziantep and osmaniye in the southeast in the future.
    After the opening ceremony, Erdogan took the Konya Karaman high-speed railway to Karaman province for inspection.
