At the moment of diesel engine flameout, the back pressure is greater than the inertial compression force of the rising piston, forcing the piston down, causing the crankshaft to reverse, so the fan or flywheel will also reverse.
2.e oil supply time is too late, the formation and combustion process of mixed gas are delayed until the piston goes down. Due to the rapid increase of combustion space, the original high expansion force cannot be generated. Therefore, at the moment of diesel engine flameout, the crankshaft rotation inertia force becomes smaller, and the rotation will stop immediately, which is manifested as the phenomenon that the fan or flywheel stops moving immediately.
3. Generally, the fuel injection pump of diesel engine working for more than 500h or disassembled and repaired must be adjusted with the best fuel supply advance angle (fuel supply time).
How to adjust the fuel supply time of single cylinder diesel engine:
Connect the high-pressure oil pipe to the oil pump, rotate the flywheel and observe whether the oil pipe injects oil when the oil supply mark on the flywheel is aligned with the mark on the water tank. If the oil supply time is early, add the oil pump gasket, and if it is late, reduce the gasket. When the two scribed lines are aligned, the fuel injection effect is the best. The best oil supply time is 18 ~ 22 ° before TDC.
