In order to further implement the relevant State Council's guidance on speeding up the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization and the agricultural machinery equipment industry, the No. 1 central document and the first document of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, we will promote the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of the rich people's industry, and help the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, entrusted by the Department of agricultural mechanization. Our station will take the lead in organizing the investigation on the development of mechanization technology and equipment demand for facility planting and primary processing of agricultural products. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Scope of investigation
Focusing on the two major industries of facility planting and primary processing of agricultural products, focusing on the facility planting and production of vegetables, melons and fruits, flowers, edible fungi, Chinese medicinal materials, and the primary processing of agricultural products such as grain, fruits (including forest fruits), vegetables, Chinese medicinal materials, and natural rubber, we carried out a survey on the development of mechanized technology and equipment demand.

2、 Survey objects and contents
（1） Demand side: for agricultural (machinery) professional cooperatives above county level, large growers or processors, family farms, facility parks, primary processing enterprises and other typical new agricultural business entities (hereinafter referred to as "business entities"). This paper investigates the mechanization production scale of facility planting and primary processing of agricultural products, the mechanization status of main production links, the demand for mechanization technology and equipment, and the existing problems and suggestions for development.

（2） Supplier: including agricultural machinery production enterprises, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as "production and scientific research institutes"). Through the investigation, we can master the market quantity, annual production capacity and new developed equipment types of the main agricultural machinery and equipment.

3、 Investigation method
（1） Establish investigation team
The agricultural machinery centers and agricultural machinery promotion stations of provinces and cities with separate plans shall arrange special personnel to form investigation teams to be responsible for the investigation work within their respective jurisdiction.
1. detailed questionnaire design. According to the layout of local facilities planting and preliminary processing of agricultural products, the objects, crop varieties, scale indicators and quantity to be investigated and counted in the jurisdiction shall be reasonably determined. On the basis of sample table template, the varieties of crops, mechanization operation links, existing problems of equipment and performance requirements of required equipment are detailed.

2. Organize and guide the Agricultural Machinery Extension departments of all cities and counties to carry out the investigation work. In principle, each city and County-Level Agricultural Machinery Extension departments need to determine special investigators to be responsible for the investigation work within the local city and county level.
3. Collect, count and analyze survey data. The provincial level and the cities under separate planning shall form questionnaires, investigation reports and other materials respectively. The provincial level questionnaires and investigation reports shall include the data of the cities under separate planning.
4. Participate in the discussion, summary and material modification of the investigation work of the general station.
（2） The method of field investigation is adopted
According to the actual needs, various places adopt flexible investigation methods such as forum and field visit to deeply understand the ideas and suggestions of relevant agricultural machinery production research institutes, as well as the latest R & D achievements and R & D direction; The existing problems of the equipment in use reflected by the business entities in the actual production process, as well as the urgent needs of mechanized technology and equipment are widely collected.
1. Demand side investigation. According to the situation, each county selects a certain number of business entities with a certain scale that can reflect the actual level of industrial development in the region (in principle, there are no less than three in each of the two industries) for on-site inquiry, and the questionnaire is filled in by the investigators.

2. Supplier investigation. A survey was conducted on the agricultural machinery production research institutes related to facility planting and primary processing of agricultural products within the province, and the questionnaire was filled in by the investigators.

（3） Basic principles of investigation
The investigation work should highlight the local characteristics, aim at the technology and equipment urgently needed in the key production links of the main characteristic crops of the local industry, and reflect the actual situation and demand outlook of the mechanized production of the local related industries.

4、 Achievement formation
（1） Each provincial center (station) organized the city and County Agricultural Machinery Extension Center (station) to carry out the investigation, and formed the county-level facility planting and agricultural products preliminary processing mechanization technology and equipment development statistical table.
（2） Each provincial center (station) summarizes and forms a statistical table of the development of technology and equipment of facility planting and agricultural products preliminary processing mechanization at the provincial level, a statistical table of production enterprises and scientific research institutions related to facility planting and agricultural products preliminary processing at the provincial level, a questionnaire on the development of facility planting and agricultural products preliminary processing mechanization at the provincial level Report on the development of facility planting mechanization technology and equipment demand and report on the development of agricultural products preliminary processing mechanization technology and equipment demand.

（4） The master station organizes relevant experts to carry out evaluation and demonstration, and forms the final results, which can be used as the basis for the establishment of comprehensive mechanization demonstration project, the promotion and identification of agricultural machinery, and the introduction of supporting policies.

5、 Relevant requirements
All localities should attach great importance to this work and take it as an important measure to build an integrated promotion mechanism of production, study, research and promotion, and improve the ability of agricultural mechanization technology promotion and service. The person in charge of the unit should personally grasp the work and mobilize capable forces to find out the development situation and demand.
