In order to serve agricultural production and help rural revitalization, in recent years, agricultural machinery technology volunteers in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, adhering to the spirit of "taking root in agriculture, rural areas and farmers, invigorating machinery and enriching people", around the service brand of "supporting agriculture and benefiting people", combined with agricultural mechanization work, carry out various forms of agricultural machinery technology volunteer service activities.

First, carry out the activities of sending maintenance personnel to the countryside. Before the start of the two busy activities, we organized and carried out the volunteer service activities of agricultural machinery maintenance. Together with the technical personnel of the agricultural machinery company, the municipal volunteers of agricultural machinery science and technology went deep into the agricultural machinery warehouse to give full play to the technical advantages of the industry and carry out the maintenance and repair for the machines and tools that will be put into the field.

Second, carry out agricultural machinery quality service month activities. The volunteers of agricultural machinery science and technology actively publicize the construction of "civilized city" to surrounding units and communities, and promote the creation of atmosphere. In 2020, they participated in 32 activities of "public civilization action day" and "back streets and Alleys", with a total of 80 people.

Fourth, carry out the training of agricultural machinery skills. In order to ensure the overall and orderly development of agricultural machinery skills training in Kunshan City, during the training, agricultural machinery science and technology volunteers always rush to the training site for the first time, carry out technical guidance for the trainees' practical operation, and take the way of practical operation demonstration and hand-held guidance to let the students master the operation requirements. In 2020, the city will hold four training courses for tractor driver, combine driver and transplanter driver and one stage for agricultural machinery vocational skills training, with nearly 200 trainees, which will provide technical guarantee for comprehensively improving the operation level and operation quality.

Fifthly, carry out agricultural machinery quality complaint and consultation service. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of agricultural machinery consumers and improve the awareness of rights and interests protection. In addition to providing daily telephone consultation services, the Municipal Agricultural Machinery Department also organizes the "agricultural machinery 3.15" consumer rights day activity every year. During the activity, the municipal agricultural machinery science and technology volunteers accept agricultural machinery quality complaints and provide technical consultation services such as agricultural mechanization policies and regulations, publicize agricultural machinery quality supervision policies and rights protection knowledge, and earnestly safeguard agricultural machinery consumers' rights and interests according to law.
