In order to reduce the impact on production, the multi-cylinder machine factory has compressed the original 4-day renovation task to 3 days to complete the renovation of the 814 machine body washing machine, which is mainly aimed at the renovation of the machine outlet turnover machine and the improvement of the electric control of the machine body flow, for this reason, the cleaning machine renovation project team of the multi-cylinder engine plant began to clean up the site one day in advance in the afternoon, preparing equipment for the entrance to the site to make preparations for the renovation, and arrange some mechanical and electrical repair personnel at night to the original body cleaning machine turnover machine, roll table, etc. to remove, to ensure the next 3 days of transformation work smoothly. During the renovation, the project team installed the mechanical parts such as the turnover machine and the roller table, connected the electrical parts such as the gas pipe and line of the control cabinet of the cleaning machine, and completed the debugging. In the later period, the project team will continue to follow up the operation of the 814 washing machine in the multi-cylinder machine plant, and demonstrate, refine and perfect the detailed problems in the production process to ensure the reliable operation of the machine body washing machine, thus will usher in the follow-up production season to provide strong equipment support.
