The Technical Expert Group Meeting on Mandatory Product Certification for Agricultural Machinery TC18 was held in Nanning, Guangxi on 26 November 2019. The meeting was attended by 24 representatives, including the director of the certification and Supervision Department of the State Administration of Market Supervision, Ding Zhaoguo; the director of the certification and Supervision Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and rural areas, He Lihong; the member of the TC18 expert group; and relevant representatives from Beijing Oriental Kaimu Quality Certification Center and Nanjing Saimu Certification Technology Development Co. , Ltd. The meeting was chaired by TC18 group Deputy Group leader Lang Zhizhong.

Ding Zhaoguo first introduced the 2019 State Administration of market supervision on the Mandatory Product Certification CCC Reform Related Spirit and development direction and the country to deepen the reform measures of mandatory product certification.

 He Lihong spoke at the meeting on behalf of Liu Xu, secretary of the Party Committee and head of the Expert Group of the Ministry of Agriculture and rural areas'agricultural machinery appraisal and agricultural machinery promotion headquarters This paper introduces the Development Situation of Mechanised agriculture in China, the main work and achievements of TC18 technical expert group in 2019, and the work plan in 2020. He expressed the hope that the TC18 technical expert group will further focus on the new situation and new requirements, give full play to the role of the expert group, continue to provide technical support, and build a good industry exchange platform Actively contribute to the compulsory certification of agricultural machinery products, the adoption policy and the agricultural mechanization policy; actively explore new certification services, leading the industry's cutting-edge technology research, we will make greater contributions to building a country with strong quality, implementing the rural revitalization strategy and promoting agricultural and rural modernization.

 He Lihong introduced the implementation of agricultural machinery product certification for purchasing subsidy equipment qualification. Two Certification Organizations, Beijing Oriental Kaimu Quality Certification Center and Nanjing Saimu Quality Certification Technology Development Co. , Ltd. , introduced the status of agricultural machinery product certification. The meeting also held a thematic discussion on the relevant issues and suggestions in the implementation of the results of the compulsory certification of agricultural machinery for the procurement of subsidized machinery equipment qualification, and formed a technical resolution.

Ding Zhaoguo praised the effectiveness of the meeting and the one-year Work of the Expert Group, and requested the two certification bodies to adapt to the new situation and new requirements, do a good job in risk prevention and control, strictly control quality, and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the certification implementation process Continuously improve service capacity, and strive to do a good job of compulsory certification of agricultural machinery products.
