    Two. Diesel filter:

    Diesel oil filters mainly filter out the dust and impurities into the fuel pump, because these dust and impurities will damage fuel pumps and injectors and other components, so users must choose high-quality standard diesel oil filters.

    Three. Water grid:

    Coolants should be filtered because they contain sediment, dust, oil and scale, processed iron, rust deposits, precipitated protective agents, and deteriorated gasket debris, which accumulate in the engine, especially after a certain period of storage (supplementary water also contains dust, sediment, etc.) and interfere with the joint. The heater works, polluting and blocking the water pipes in the oil cooler, blocking the cooling water channels in the radiator (water tank), hose, pipeline and cylinder block. The metal scraps of sediment and other scales may cause wear and tear of the impeller and shaft of the pump, damage of the cylinder liner seal, wear and tear of the end face seal of the pump and the thermostat. If these particles and metal scraps, seal fragments, etc. are inserted into the thermostat, the thermostat can no longer be opened and closed, so the standard water filter must be selected, and Regular replacement.

    Four. Air filter:

    The diesel engine (generator unit) is equipped with ordinary light single stage dry air filter. The high quality standard filter element is made of specially treated filter paper and can be replaced. The efficiency can reach 99.5%. Fresh air enters the air filter from around the air filter. The air needed for diesel engine combustion also depends on the air filter. Therefore, the smaller the resistance of the air filter, the better. After the air filter is used for a certain period of time, the filter element will become dirty and the resistance will increase. If the resistance increases to an excessive value, the diesel oil The air resistance indicator installed in the inlet can indicate whether the air resistance is normal or not. If the resistance exceeds the specified value, the indicator will change from normal green to abnormal red, and the filter should be replaced. Then press the end of the indicator to make it green again.

    Five. Oil:

     The use of high quality engine oil, as well as the use of appropriate oil replacement and oil filter replacement cycle, is an important factor to extend the service life of diesel engine.

    1. The oil used in high speed diesel engine must be multi-functional and has the following main functions:

     Lubrication: oil film lubrication is provided between the moving parts to reduce friction and wear.

     Cooling: as a thermal medium, heat is taken away from the interface and plays a cooling role.

     Sealing: Filling the cylinder wall, the uneven surface of the valve stem and acting as a seal in the oil seal of the turbocharger.

     Cleaning: make the dirt suspended in it, do not cause fouling on the surface of the engine parts and play a cleaning role.

     Damping and cushioning: especially for high pressure parts, such as gears and putter.

     Prevent oxidation and corrosion: protect parts.

     2. When the oil in the diesel engine loses the above functions, it must be replaced. Under normal conditions, the oil is seldom lost, but it is easy to be polluted, thus losing the function of protecting the diesel engine. Engine oil pollution is the normal result of diesel engine operation. Because during the operation of diesel engines, a lot of dirt enters into the engine oil. They are: by-products of diesel engine combustion: asphalt, soot and acids produced by incomplete combustion of fuel. Acidity, carbon deposition and fouling: produced by decomposition or oxidation of oil.

     Dirt: through the intake, fuel, and adding oil or changing engine oil into the diesel engine.

     3. Performance specification of engine oil

     The CF-4 and SAE15W-40 classifications of API (AMERICIAN, PETROLEUM, INSTITUTE American Petroleum Institute) are currently rated by the American Petroleum Institute for high-speed diesel engines.

    Six. Coolant:

     Cooling water for diesel engine should be clean, no corrosive compounds such as chloride, sulfate and acid, water should be slightly alkaline, its PH value is between 8.5-10.5, and added DCA anti-rust water in a certain proportion.
