1. Fuel tank inspection:

1) check the fuel tank surface every day.

2) check the air cleaner maintenance indicator.

3) check the maintenance indicator on the air filter every day. If the viewing window shows red, indicating that the air filter inlet resistance exceeds the specified value, the need to replace the filter element. After changing the core, the button on the end of the maintenance indicator must be pressed to reset it.

Matters needing attention:

1) after replacing the air cleaner element, ensure that the two sides of the air cleaner are reliably sealed and not leak.

2) never allow a diesel engine to operate without air filters (except for marine diesel engines). Otherwise, it will cause early wear and tear of diesel engine.

2. Check the oil level of diesel engine：

Check the oil level every day before starting or during stopping (at least 15 minutes after stopping to allow sufficient time for oil to flow back to the oil pan). The oil level should be between the FUL and ADD on the fuel gauge. If the oil is not enough, oil should be added to the nearest high oil level.

Matters needing attention:

Diesel engines must not operate under low oil level. Otherwise, the performance of the diesel engine will be worse and even the diesel engine will be damaged. But the oil level must not exceed the upper line FUL.
