           Modern diesel technology is increasingly used to pressure on board, make the oil collecting machine power is bigger, in the case of constant volume layout more reasonable, at the same time greatly save the energy. In practice, however, many drivers on the performance of the turbocharger, don't know much about the structure, principle, supercharger in a short period of time the damaged phenomenon common occurance, both caused large economic loss, and also affect the normal use of the diesel engine. So, how to correctly use maintenance can prolong the service life of the turbocharger?

     

    1, ensure the reliable lubrication of the turbocharger
    Use meet the requirements as stipulated in the supercharger specification supercharged diesel engine oil level (typically use CD advanced lubrication oil), and regularly check the oil quantity, quality, timely replacement is spoiled or dirty oil, clean or replace the oil filter, ensure that the height of the oil clean.

    2, ensure that the height of the diesel engine intake clean
    Must be kept in supercharged diesel engine inlet and exhaust pipe sealing, clean air filter maintenance regularly, check whether Yu nut or bolt looseness, whether the hose clip clamping, check the air intake system whether there is leakage phenomenon, replacement of sealing gaskets when necessary, so as to keep out dust and sediment drawn into the compressor. Otherwise, the dirt is easy to cause air filter wall plug, compressor and the contamination of the supercharger blade, resulting in the supercharging pressure drop, even cause blade early wear and diesel engine parts.
    3, after the new diesel engine or in the supercharger must be added before start of "oil"
    For the new diesel engine or after changing the supercharger, prior to the start, must joint on the inlet pipe of the supercharger, filling 50 to 60 ml of oil, prevent the starting moment of lack of oil burning of the turbocharger bearing.
    4, before the start of diesel engine, should first turn number of crank shaft turn, in order to ensure lubrication
    If possible, should be oil filled with oil filter and the lubrication system, oil pressure stability after the restart. Otherwise the turbocharger bearing may be due to lack of lubrication and damage during startup, because when the diesel engine from the load operation and the turbocharger speed is high, even a short for a few seconds of the turbocharger bearing will also cause bearing damage.
    5, the oil machine starts, high-speed operation immediately
    Diesel engine starts, should be idle running a few minutes, then speed up, otherwise easy to cause the supercharger bearing damage, especially when the diesel engine oil changing, cleaning the supercharger, filter or replace filter element and parking for more than a week, started under the idle running condition, the feed on the supercharger joint loosen, stay tight, after I have a lubricating oil spill then, speed operation for 3 to 5 min rear can add load operation.
    6, diesel engine idle for a long time running
    Otherwise easy to cause the turbocharger oil leakage into the compressor in the exhaust pipe spray oil, increase in oil consumption, idle for a long time running at the same time, the oil pressure is not enough, also easy to cause the supercharger and poor lubrication bearing burn out.
    After 7, high-speed diesel engine run at full capacity, should not be parked immediately
    Before parked idle running around 5 min, make each part cooling, in order to prevent the supercharger bearing the lack of oil, engine oil overheating, turbocharger bearings and turbine impeller bite dead and oil seal failure. At the same time, pay attention to the use of diesel engine after parking moment inspect if there is a touch between xin supercharger impeller and casing, if you have touched, should immediately open the supercharger, check the bearing clearance is normal.
    8, regular overhaul of supercharger, cleaning and maintenance
    According to the specification requirements, the supercharger 1000 working hours, every deal with cleaning a compressor impeller (note the effect of corrosion on the aluminum has not used when cleaning cleaning fluid and use of the steel wire brush). Check whether there is any damage on the impeller and the tiny crack, and the floating bearing clearance between the rotor shaft and rotor axial up momentum, rotor dynamic balance and static balance, etc., such as do not conform to the rules or damage, should adjust, repair or replacement.
