The general diesel generator sets are mainly divided into four parts: diesel engine, generator, control system and accessories.
   1, diesel engine
     Diesel engine is the power output part of the whole unit, accounting for 70% of the cost of diesel generator sets, and some of the bad manufacturers like to make false connections.
   1.1 sets of false machine
     The diesel engine is currently on the market almost all well-known generic manufacturers, some manufacturers use the same shape as the imitation counterfeit fake machine, using the nameplate, playing really number, false information and other means of printing factory deck, with the purpose to significantly reduce costs. To distinguish deck machine, not professional is very difficult to do.
  1.2 refurbished old machines
     All brands have refurbished old machines, not professionals, may also be difficult to distinguish.
But there are some flaws in the refurbished machine, such as paint, especially the blind paint, it is difficult to achieve the same as the original factory.
  1.3 with a similar name confuse the public
        These manufacturers belong to opportunistic and do not dare to do something of a deck, renovation, in the factory name with the diesel engine with a similar name, name and name of diesel engine to confuse the public.
For example, some manufacturers use pinyin or homophone and using the same words to register their own brands, such as: XX Cummins generator company, KMS generator and so on, actually do not have any connection with Cummins engine, only registered the name XX generator company only, without the slightest relationship and "Cummins" trademark, generating a variety of brand-name the configuration of the diesel engine manufacturers will be purchased back outside the Moumou Cummins generator.
   1.4 small horse carts
         Confuse the relationship between KVA and KW. Sell KVA as a KW, exaggerate power, and sell it to customers. In fact, KVA is commonly used abroad, KW is the commonly used effective power in China, the relationship between them is 1KW=1.25KVA. Imported units generally use KVA for power units, while domestic power equipment is generally represented by KW, so when accounting for power, the KVA should be converted from 20 percent off to KW.
Do not talk about the relationship between the common (rated) power and the reserve power, say only one "power", and sell the standby power as a common power to the customer. In fact, the standby power =1.1x is commonly used (rated) power. Moreover, the standby power can only be used for 1 hours in 12 hours of continuous operation.
      2, generator parts
  The function of the generator is to change the power of diesel engine into electric energy, which is directly related to the quality and stability of the power output.
     2.1 stator coil
  The original stator coils are used in the whole copper wire, but with the improvement of technology, the copper clad aluminum core wire.  Different from the copper plated aluminum wire, copper clad aluminum core wire is used in wire forming special mold copper clad aluminum, copper plating layer is much thicker than. Generator stator coil made of copper cladding aluminum core wire is not much difference in performance, only the service life is shorter than the entire copper stator coil.
    2.2 excitation mode
 The excitation mode is divided into phase compound excitation and brushless self excitation type. Brushless self excitation type excitation to stable and easy to maintain the advantage has become the mainstream, but there are still some manufacturers because of cost considerations in generating units under the 300KW configuration phase compound excitation type generator.
     3 、 control system
  Ordinary standard units require manual switching from power outages to diesel generator sets to start transmission, usually requiring 10 to 30 minutes.
  The automatic control of diesel generator sets is divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic unattended type. Semi automatic for the power generation unit automatically start when the power failure, call automatically stop, save the time to start the shutdown, but still need manual switching. Automatic unattended control panel with ATS dual power switch, automatic detection, direct signal, automatic switching, and the control of generator automatic startup and shutdown, realizes automatic unattended operation, switching time 3-7 seconds adjustable.
Hospitals, military units, fire stations and other electric fields should be equipped with automatic control panel.
     4, accessories
  The attached components of a regular diesel generator set are composed of batteries, batteries, wires, mufflers, shock absorber pads, air filters, diesel filters, oil filters, bellows, connecting flanges, and tubing.
