The automatic set since the start of system failure is often encountered in the process of maintenance, the common fault is automated unit, fault phenomenon generally have the following: 1, unit 2, no start; power does not start; 3 calls, without stopping the machine; 4, ATS switch.
  If the generator fault during use, please check according to the following steps and troubleshooting:
(1) from the start-up system fault. Low power supply voltage or no voltage will cause control logic confusion, triggering a variety of failures. If the power supply is not normal please check the power of insurance is intact, whether the circuit breaker (occurs in the wiring is not standardized, no go geosyncline metal sheath or small wire diameter batteries are charged.
(2) start short circuit or open circuit. Short circuit will cause no reason to start, breaking will cause self start
(3) generating electricity with fuse. City insurance fuse will cause no reason, power generation machine fuses fuse will lead to ATS can not cut to the generator side.
(4) ATS fuse switch coil, switch to cut to the corresponding side.
(5) starting relay fault occurs in the work in a wet environment, poor quality of generator relay.
(6) shutdown relay fault, will cause the generator can't stop.
(7) switch relay fault, will lead to the switch.
(8) ATS switch fault.
(9) for the application of a voltage comparator generator, electric side comparator fault will cause not start or no start, generator side comparator fault will cause the ATS switch is not tangential oil machine side.
(10) unit disk fault control. Short circuit starting line does not start or disconnect the starting line machine is fault generator control panel.
