    Use and maintenance of lubricating system of agricultural machinery diesel engine

    (1) Maintenance requirements of lubrication system

    Select qualified lubricating oil. It is necessary to add lubricating oil according to the requirements in the manual, especially for turbocharged diesel engine. Water, dust and impurities are not allowed to be mixed in the oil. Always check the oil level of crankcase, and keep the oil level not too high or too low. A little more oil should be added to the newly repaired engine. After running, stop the engine and check the oil level. If there is more oil, it will be drained and if there is less oil, it will be added. The oil added must be of the same grade as the original oil. When the oil level is lower than the lower limit mark, do not start the engine; when the oil level is lower than the middle mark, do not drive. When checking the oil level, the oil on the oil dipstick should be twisted by hand at the same time to check its viscosity and whether there are gasoline or blisters. The oil with water is gray. In case of deterioration and discoloration of lubricating oil, excessive sediment in oil pan or water and fuel mixed in oil, it shall be replaced in time. Before starting the engine, turn the crankshaft several times by hand, and then start the engine, so that all parts can be fully lubricated; before starting in winter, warm up the lubricating oil. During the operation, pay attention to the oil pressure, oil temperature and oil pressure alarm indicator light frequently, and stop the machine in time to check and remove the fault if any bad phenomenon is found. After daily shutdown, rotate the handle of the primary oil filter for 2-3 turns and listen to the "buzz" of the centrifugal rotor oil fine filter. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be repaired in time. Maintain and repair the crankcase ventilation device regularly to ensure good oil quality in the oil pan. Use the opportunity of maintenance and overhaul to clean the lubricating oil passage or lubricating system, and change the oil filter element or filter according to the requirements. The seasonal oil change system of alternating winter and summer should be strictly implemented. Change the engine oil in time according to the oil change cycle specified by the vehicle model and in combination with the oil quality. When changing the oils of different brands and manufacturers, the whole lubricating system must be cleaned to prevent the oils of different brands from deteriorating each other.

    (2) Precautions for lubrication system maintenance

    Pay attention to check the oil condition before driving. The specified oil level must be maintained and the oil is not deteriorated. Pay attention to the reading of oil gauge during operation to keep the oil pressure and temperature normal. When the oil pressure is too low, the problem can not be solved by adjusting the pressure limiting valve of the oil pump. It is necessary to find out the cause of excessive oil leakage in the oil passage (the oil pressure can not be established). If necessary, check the wear of relevant parts (such as shaft and bearing) and repair them respectively.

    (3) Maintenance of lubrication system

    Daily inspection of lubricating oil reserves and quality, supply of lubricating oil. Pay attention to observe and indicate oil pressure during operation. Timely change the lubricating oil according to the specified period. When changing the lubricating oil, the old engine oil should be drained in the hot state of the engine. First, clean the lubricating oil passage with special cleaning equipment, and then add new lubricating oil according to the capacity and brand specified by the original factory. Maintain according to the technical maintenance level. Timely check whether the centrifugal oil filter operates normally; clean the primary filter; change the primary oil filter (filter paper). If necessary, remove the fine filter shell, clean the deposits on the inner wall of the rotor cover, and clean the rotor to keep the oil nozzle unblocked; after assembly, the rotor should rotate flexibly without leakage; daily inspection and addition of lubricating oil. Change the engine oil according to the regulations, fill the engine oil according to the specified brand specification, remove the dirt in the oil filter element and oil passage, and prevent the engine ventilation pipe from blocking. Check the engine oil level and quality before driving every day. The oil level shall not be lower than the oil shortage mark, but also shall not exceed the specified range. Drain the oil when the engine is hot (in order to drain the dirt from the crankcase and oil passage); after the oil is completely drained, add half of the oil, rotate the crankshaft for 1-2 minutes, then drain the oil, and then add new oil; start the engine, rotate at low speed for 3-5 minutes, stop the engine, check the oil quantity and add it to the specified oil level. When cleaning, use the engine oil, not thin washing oil, not kerosene. During the overhaul and maintenance, the crankcase must be removed, cleaned and dried before reassembly, and the filter screen, oil filter and other components of the collector should be cleaned. If the oil level of engine oil rises in use, check the cause immediately and eliminate it. The rise of engine oil level is usually due to the low temperature of the engine, poor atomization and combustion of gasoline, which flows into the oil pan after condensation and mixes with the engine oil; after the engine and oil pan are cleaned, fill the specified brand of lubricating oil from the lubricating oil filler until the oil level reaches the mark on the oil dipstick. The lubricating oil should not be filled too little or too much, and the dust should not be allowed to enter the filling port, so as not to block the oil passage. Cleaning of engine lubrication system. When the engine is hot, drain all the oil in the crankcase and oil coarse and fine filters. Fill 60% ~ 80% of the standard capacity of cleaning oil (or filtered high-quality light diesel oil) from the oil filling port, and then let the engine idle for 2 ~ 3 minutes (or crank the crankshaft with a handle for 3 ~ 5 minutes). After cleaning, drain the cleaning oil, take out the coarse and fine filter cores, and wipe the inner cavity of the filter with cotton yarn stained with cleaning oil. Put the primary filter element assembly in the washing oil, clean it with a brush, and then blow it clean with compressed air, and install it back. Soak the replaced fine filter element with clean engine oil, add new engine oil into the filter, and install the fine filter cover. Wipe the inner cavity of the oil pan with cotton yarn stained with washing oil, scrape off the external oil stains, then wash the oil pan from the inside to the outside with washing oil, and make it dry or blow dry.
