    The main reason is that the lubricating condition is not good

    1. Poor lubrication condition of engine

    In most cases, it is caused by poor lubrication of engine oil. The working conditions of the engine are relatively bad, and the engine is prone to large heat load and high temperature. If the proper grade of engine oil can not be selected according to the use regulations or the fake inferior engine oil can not provide good lubrication for the bearing bush, the abnormal wear of the bearing bush will occur, and the long-term operation will eventually lead to the failure of holding the bush.

    2. Excessive oil viscosity

    The choice of genuine oil is very important, but the viscosity level of the oil should also be paid attention to when selecting. If the viscosity of the oil is too high, the fluidity of the oil will become poor, and the heat of the bearing bush can not be taken away, which will lead to the increase of the temperature of the bearing bush, and also increase the running resistance of the engine moving parts.

    3. The oil viscosity is too low

    If the oil viscosity is too small, it is not easy to form oil film when the engine is running. At this time, it will accelerate the wear of the bearing alloy layer to a certain extent, and eventually cause the engine to hold the bearing

    4. Low oil pressure

    If the engine oil pressure is too low, the flow between the crankshaft and the bearing bush will be reduced, the normal lubricating oil film can not be formed, and the bearing bush will be worn and damaged. There are many reasons for low oil pressure, such as low oil viscosity, abnormal oil pump operation can lead to low oil pressure.

    5. Poor quality of oil filter element

    The oil filter element is also very important. The inferior filter element can't filter out the impurities well, which increases the impurities in the oil. Some inferior filter elements even have the filter paper separated, which leads to the filter element blocked. Finally, the impurities in the oil can't be filtered out, which leads to the poor lubrication condition of the engine and the engine Bush sticking.
