To welcome the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has recently made comprehensive arrangements for the management of risks and hidden dangers in the field of agricultural machinery in accordance with the general requirements of "preventing risks, ensuring safety and welcoming Daqing". All agricultural and rural departments are required to conduct in-depth investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in agricultural machinery production, strictly investigate illegal acts such as driving without a license, driving without a license, assembling and refitting, speeding and overloading, and reduce hidden dangers in agricultural machinery production accidents. In conjunction with the relevant departments, we will continue to carry out special renovation of variant tractors and increase the intensity of counterfeit cards. We will strengthen business training for agricultural machinery safety supervisors, continue to promote safety technologies such as safety Shields and automatic power cutting off, and strengthen safety measures.
According to reports, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has sent seven working groups to Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangxi, Gansu and other seven provinces(districts) to go deep into agricultural machinery cooperatives, township agricultural machinery stations and field heads. We will focus on monitoring the implementation of responsibilities for the safe production of agricultural machinery, the investigation of potential risks to agricultural machinery safety, the special rectification of modified tractors, the promotion and education of agricultural machinery safety, and the implementation of pilot projects for the scrapping and renewal of agricultural machinery, and urge and guide local governments to improve the safe production of agricultural machinery.
